Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. The total you see at checkout — including the £2.90 delivery charge — is the total you pay.

No customs charges, ever

Your teepee is made in Poland and posted to you from there, but you are never treated as the importer. We ship on delivered duty paid terms and settle any import VAT, duty and handling ourselves before the parcel travels. No courier will ask you for money on the doorstep. If one ever does, do not pay it — contact us with a photograph and we will sort it out and reimburse you.

Is it secure?

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners over an encrypted connection. Your full card number never reaches us and is never stored on our systems.

When are you charged?

At the moment you place your order. If we cannot fulfil it, we refund you in full within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of us receiving a return. See our returns page.
