1. Who we are
This website is operated by InceptionWeb Ltd, trading as Teepee Tents, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14433477, whose registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. 2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot supply an item — because it is out of stock, or because a price or description was wrong — we will tell you promptly and refund anything you have paid.
4. Prices, taxes and delivery charges
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Delivery to UK addresses is £2.90, shown at checkout before you pay. We do not deliver outside the UK.
Your order is shipped to you on delivered duty paid terms: we act as the importer, and we pay any import VAT, duty and customs handling ourselves before the parcel travels. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay, and no carrier, courier or customs agent will ask you for a further payment on delivery. If one ever does, do not pay it — contact us and we will resolve it and reimburse you.
If we discover a pricing error before your order is sent we will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Delivery, timing, and where your order comes from
Our teepees are cut and sewn in a workshop in Poland and are posted to you directly from there by tracked courier. We email you a tracking link when your parcel leaves us.
Orders are prepared and packed within 0–2 working days. After dispatch, allow 7–14 working days for delivery — so most orders should arrive within 7–16 working days of the day you order. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Where we have not agreed a specific date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed, as the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require; if we do not, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Full details, including what happens if a parcel is delayed, mis-scanned or uncollected, are on our delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Cancellation and returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, and a further 14 days to return the goods. The original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your refund. We refund within 14 days of receiving them back. See our returns page.
7. Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have a right to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and how long you have had them.
8. Safe use
Our teepees are intended for children aged 3 to 12 and for indoor use. Assemble according to the leaflet, keep away from heaters and open flames, do not hang cords or objects inside, and keep an adult in the room with younger children. Cotton canvas is not waterproof.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Complaints
Contact us through our contact page, by phone or by email and we will respond within 24 hours. If we cannot resolve matters you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution provider.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
